Recurring Quality issues

Hi All

Having previously had 2 Octavias ( 2000 1.9 TDi and a 2004 1.6i ), a Fabia ( 3 pot 1.2 ) and currently a 2012 Yeti 2.0 110 and a 2009 Mk2 Facelifted 1.9 TDi PD Octy, I think i can consider myself a Skoda Fan if not an expert. In fact all of the cars bar the 00 are still in the family

Being absolutely honest, I feel that there has been a drop in quality in the cars since the first Octy. On a very positive note, engines seem pretty much bullet proof ( touch wood! ) and problems have been more on the ancillary side. Recurring problems with Central looking, Electric windows and wiper motors on all cars and overheating issues as well. Now, obviously no car is maintenance free but the fact that the same issues recur in different cars is a bit irritating. Anyone else have the same problems/thoughts?

Incidentally, love the new Kodiaq and have fancied a Superb for ages
