Welcome.

Did this happen as soon as you did the mods? Or just after taking it out for a blast.

If the DV+ is fitted properly & everything is connected & the Turbo Pipe on correctly and you just had this happen,

maybe it is just a coincidence that your Water Pump / Super Charger Magnetic Clutch has gone and your Turbo is now disabled.

Maybe just the Fault Code / Misfires caused the car to go in limp mode and has disabled the turbo, and even shut down 2 cylinders.

?

Do you have an Exhaust Emissions Control light on?

?

What spark plugs are in and when were they checked?

?

How many miles has your CAVE engine done.  & has it had a new Water Pump / Supercharger Magnetic Clutch?

Thank you for answer.

It happens maybe 1 days or 2 days after do the mods.

Yea, i fitted properly and even oil the piston but no luck then i removed the GFB DV+ now 3 days ago deleted middle resonator same P012B. I hear the superhcharger whine.

I dont have Exhaust Emissions Control light.

Installed spark plugs and coil packs about 2500km ago with 03C905601B, 036905715G.

I am from Turkey so we have kilometers, my car is now 46.500km and one year ago Water Pump / Supercharger Magnetic Clutch changed with 03C121004J.

Those coils should be OK, best get the 4 NGK spark plugs out and check those.

Odd that there is no Engine / Exhaust Emission light shows, or the EPC light if in Limp mode.

Under 30,000 miles is low for having had to change the water pump, but then the car is over 5 years old.

Mine does this every now and then in fact it's happening now. Just out of curiosity turn your ignition off and start the car again, is it fine? They did say it was the MAP sensor, so I cleaned it and it was fine for a short while, it's happening again so it's booked in at Skoda. Mine is booked in on the 9th of October so I'll update you then.

I have one of those GFB DV(T9355) version. As Offski says if  have one of those fitted correctly should not cause any issue, but then my car was 'mapped' the same day that it was fitted. Never had any issues on CAVE engine with it.

@LGM No it is not fine, same P012B code in VCDS. Yea, SEAT dealership told me the same about MAP sensor (03G906051E) even i change it 1-2 weeks later getting fault code. GFB DV+, Forge Blow-Off adaptor and removed middle resonator; they all give me P012B code and this drive me crazy! I reckon this is all about MAP or MAF sensor.

You're suffering different to me then, mine doesn't boost past 3k rpm but if I restart the car it's fine.

Anyone have another suggestion?

Are you running a standard Airbox / Intake, and is that sealed OK.

As to the Forge BOV when you were running that, then issues with limp mode are not unusual.

You are going to have to just check all electrical connections / plugs again,  'O'Ring seals and breather connections,

then put your your vehicle in the hands of a professional if there is a continuing fault.

I'm using VW Racing Cold-Air Intake, checked and all sealed properly. I will check 'o'ring and breather but if issue persist i will go SEAT.

Thank you.
