May have been covered before, maybe searching wrong topic.

Every time my Samsung a5 connects to the hands free, it activates as a media player also. I don't want this to happen, don't have any music on phone anyway.

Tried changing some settings and reconnecting, but same again.

Anyone know how to stop this?

Does your car have the Columbus? If it does - mine did the same thing. To stop it, I went into the Columbus main Setup menu , then Media Setup and unticked the Bluetooth auto play option.  

Yeah Columbus, sorted now, I was trying settings from steering wheel, never thought about unit itself, simple...
