Bury CC 9068 HELP Please

Hello, I am very new to the Skoda family, and have just purchase a second hand Octavia 2012 model.

I am having a problem with the telephone and radio.

It was all working fine, until today.
Today, I was speaking the emergency services, regarding an incident on the Bristol Portway, 
I was talking great however, the emergency services asked me to get out of the vehicle and check
on an injured person.  

In doing this I lost connection with the Bury CC 9068.

The emergency over, I have returned to the vehicle, but the Bury CC 9068 is showing that the
call is still connected, I have pressed the hang up call up symbol, and tried switching everything off
but the radio display is still showing the 'telephone in use'.

Could anyone please help me, show me how to cancel the call as until this is done. 
No radio or other entertainment work.
