Anyone replaced both NSF and OSF window regulators on a MKii Superb (Pre-facelift - 1.6 td saloon).  I've seen the other related posts but they don't seem to cover these stupid plastic clips that hold the window in place on the runners.  Anyone know how I would go about getting them off, its the only thing stopping me from fitting my new regulator.  

 

Any help is very much appreciated in advance.
