Welcome.

Is it an Estate?

You need to say what model Fabia,  what age, miles, if petrol or diesel, which engine, which gearbox, manual, Auto or DSG.

Still then it will only be a guess anyone can make and suggestions,

best have a mechanic check it out.

Back, front, engine starting would have me guess,

Exhaust rattle or Heat Shield or with a DSG the Cattle Grid rattle.

Sorry , its 2010 (not the facelifted) estate 95k mile 1.6 MPI , transmission : tiptronic, and i already went to a mechanic and told it was the shocks bushing and anti roll bar link and i've changed them (in the front) and still the same noise

I get a knocking every now and again when going over speed bumps, a bit like a worn bushing sound but cars been serviced 4 times with skoda and they never mentioned anything. Ive just got used to it and accepted it.

Where does the sound happen most? Speed bumps, rough roads, general driving etc?

Interest if you hear it when the engine starts if the car is still stationary.

Must look at the post on the Tiptronic gearboxes, or maybe 'Estate Man' can comment, he had a similar vehicle i think.

Well yeah i cant accept the noises i happens when go on speed bumps and rough roads

there is a thread on here fore noises coming from the boot or the folding seat bracket/lock, it sounds like the same noise.  Apply some lube/grease and check all the locking mechanisms are tight.
