Roof bars

Yeti ROOF BARS for £41.22 at Mick's Garage if anybody  is interested.

Edited by Clive

These are the same ones I used to build up a four bike roof rack.

Quality was fine and still in use now on third Yeti, secure fit in use.

I bought some earlier this year and found that the inner fixings don't lie flat because the inner surface of the roof rails are angled outwards and not vertical. Despite that they are secure and served their purpose.

Price has increased £58.89

That’s about what I paid

Use the discount code to get it down to £41.22

Thanks Clive

Thanks Clive - ordered.

I owe you a pint

Update on this:

Ordered Wednesday night, delivered Saturday morning.

The bars are not designed specifically for Yeti but fit a range of cars with raised roof rails.

That said, the bars look well engineered and of good quality - and I have no doubt they will fit my Yeti securely.

The bars are 1270mm long and rated 90kg.  (4' 2" and a fraction under 200lb in old money)

Probably not enough if you intend to carry a helicopter :D

Thanks again, Clive
