Folding mirrors on L k skoda octavia

Featured Replies

It a quick question I want to know if when you lock your car on L K if the mirrors should close automatically. I can close them manually inside the car with the thing that you used to adjust the mirrors any idea will appreciate it thanks

After locking the car, keep the button held down and the mirrors should fold. Useful feature as it means you can lock the car and then decide whether or not you need the mirrors to fold in. They will fold out automatically when you unlock the car.

What! That is amazing. Will try this on mine when the wife gets home! Or is this a trick that L&Ks,  post 2006 it only works on?

It doesn't work on my 2006 L&K. Booo! And on holding the lock button down, it now won't open! Double boo!

Ah, that's why! Maybe an optional extra on the older cars then?

Maybe can you close them manually from inside the car

This will only apply to relevant facelift models from 2009. On the Pre FL there was never an option for folding mirrors.
