Hi can somebody help me on how to play cds or dvds on my columbus head unit none dab please it just wont let me push a cd in the slot,i fitted it about a month ago.

Stupid question but is there already a cd in it? 

I've heard that on rare occasions the mechanism can stuck and thus not accepting disks in it...

 

Either there's a disc (or two) stuck inside it, or the drive is knackered. Send it to me and I'll fix it for you.

Iv got it to play dvds now it just needed abit of a helping hand in the slot but cheers
