Front OPS Parking Sensor DIY

Hi Guys,

I am going to be attempting to retrofit front OPS parking sensor to my FL VRS that already has rear OPS from factory.

I have been using the following link as a learning guide. I have the entire wiring and components on the way. 

So far seems straight forward however am confused about how to route the sensor wires into the cabin? Should it be from the driver or passenger side? 

Also to tap into the CANBUS what would be best way to access it? I believe it is under the driver side on a FL. But should i remove the window wipers > windscreen shuttle > motor and then through the access hatch?
