Now we will find out what new Type Approved after September 2017 that undergo NEDC / WPTL are going to show as MPG's, 

and how soon cars being imported into the UK now start being withdrawn from sale, or the next version have very different engines from the current ones.

 

Chris Grayling MP can have the DfT / DVSA start investigating properly the current vehicles on sale in the UK built in the UK or Imported for the actual MPG's compared to the comparison figures, but what is the chance of that happening?

 

At least he or who replaces him can be sure that they are being checked by 2019 before being allowed to be Registered for the roads in the UK.

Nothing can be done about visitors to the UK bringing in cars for a while.
