Hi folks I'm new here so hello to everyone! 

 

Quick question regarding Bluetooth in my 2012 Skoda Superb SE (with Bolero stereo). 

 

Today I had the Fiscon basic plus fitted, but cannot control music from the steering wheel (or even from the touch screen display).  Company I bought it from say that it won't perform these tasks so was just wondering if anyone has anyway of making this work before I take it all back out and send it back? 

 

If no solution to this can anyone recommend a Bluetooth work around or suggest a good replacement head unit?

My car came with a Fiscon, though can't confirm which version it is. 

 

I can, however, skip track from the steering wheel. Generally navigate to A2DP on the dash, then set the music playing on my phone. There's no artist/track info though. 

Yeah I've got that function but had hoped for track info and at least the ability to skip tracks on the touch screen.
