Just joined so thought I'd say hello 

Well I've had my 06 Superb Elegance for 2 months or so now, really nice car to drive with all the toys

Had the water ingress issue all sorted and all the interior lights now work superb now

Can't believe the OEM wiring was done, but hey oh 

Just a few questions if anyone can help ??

Should the lights flash when locking the car ?? 

Interior lights working but not when opening the doors ??

Reversing sensors don't work ?? Is it worth sorting or just fit new set ???

Hi and welcome

- Lights shouldn't flash - only hazard flashes (maybe is not connected correctly when redoing the wires after water ingress)

- Should be a faulty micro switch in the lock  or bad solder joins in the lock

- Parking sensors :  check this one

I'll have another look at the wiring when the weather gets better !! If ! Lol.

Is there any wiring on the drivers side (front to back) ?? I only did the passenger side wiring !

hazard lights should light when lock or unlock

you can check the wiring again (yes, more or less there are wires to check on the passenger side as well as under rear footwhell )

but regarding when opening the door, it depends  - if only one door does not trigger lights or all

if all then you will need to check the wiring again - else; you will need to strip a door card
