Recently put a deposit down on the Fabia Monte Carlo tech pack just wondered wether it has Bluetooth  to make phone calls as no buttons on the steering wheel

A new one or a second hand car? Every Mk.3 Fabia (2014- onwards) has bluetooth, but it was optional on newer Mk.2s. If it's a Mk.2 Fabia, then it's best looking in the section for that car, as they're more likely to know. 

They said it has but I can’t see the buttons on the steering wheel but I’ve read you control it on th side, if it does have blue tooth then I can connect my phone and speak to people when I get calls?

You don't have to have the buttons on the wheel for Bluetooth to be present. If the car has a touchscreen radio, it can all be controlled through that.

 

I still don't know what was in the tech pack though!

Yeah okay mate cheers, I didn’t know tbh, but yeah the Monte Carlo should be coming home with me soon. It does have a touch screen
