Hey guys, I'm back and now a 100% skoda household. Just picked up a 2008 vRS TFSI last night to go with my missus 2001 Fab.

 

So, aside from the usual tfsi bits like cam follower and other odds and sods (picking up parts today), anything else you guys would recommend doing/changing/checking? Also, are there any service actions it would be worth enquiring to the dealer about (like my old 1.8t vrs coil pack recall)?

 

Here she is in a past life, needs some body tlc now though (one of the many jobs to do).

 

I'd give the brakes a strip down and good clean if not been done recently, before they start binding, if they are owt like my mkII's.
