I have 2066 skoda Octavia vrs mk3 tdi and looking to upgrade my disc all round but there are to dithrent size and am not sure witch to get 

Unless you intend to also change the brake calipers you will need to measure your discs to get the same size exactly. I got a good deal from mtec  on all new discs and pads for my vrs mk3 octy for around £230 just a couple of weeks ago. Grooved and drilled so they look racing.

The bolts holding the calipers on are a right bugger to undo just so you know

Alternatively you can phone your local dealer and they can tell you what size from your registration.
