Washer pump fuse

Featured Replies

Hi I have a 2017 Octavia and a 2017 Fabia.

The washer pump on the Fabia stopped working I dutifully checked the fuse which seemed ok. I then took it to the dealer who told me it was the fuse after all.

I now have the same issue in my Octavia the fuse seems ok but can someone confirm which fuse I should be checking before I contact the dealer again?

Also I suspect this is due to washer fluid freezing causing the fuse to blow when the pump is activated.  This hasn't been an issue in any of my previous cars. Am I missing something, obviously the washing fluid has anti freeze in.

The question is has it got enough anti freeze in ? At -6 You need a lot more in than at -1

The fuse should be labelled in your manual but I can't find it lol nearest I could find was 36 headlamp washer.
