Problem not solved. Someone from admin emailed me yesterday to say they would add me manually, but nothing happened yet?  So I'm back to the original question of 'anyone on Brisky also on M3CUTTERS'?

whats zat?

@cheshire_cat

Im gonna take a punt its a less social version of brisky for owners of BMW M3 vehicles, possibly with a limited group of other "M" badged models, such as the M5, M2, M140i etc...

You are probably pretty much on the money. although they do seem a reasonably social bunch. It's mainly M3s and M4s though. No real mentions of the baby Beemer.

Babybmw seems a good forum for the “Mlites” since owning mine I’m shocked at how many young “chavs” lease or PCP these, mod them, thrash them, then return to BMW for some poor unsuspecting person to then buy it used!

It won't be just young chavs or BMWs. It could be anybody who leases a new car without mechanical sympathy. I.e. Thrash it from cold and minimal servicing, why should they care?  It's not going to be their problem in 24 months.

Yes true, although they are breaking the terms of their financial agreement buy modifying the car.

When I was younger you actually had to have a good job and money to have a nice car lol

I've been on Babybmw for years although I haven't really posted much on there (I owned a 123D about 10 years ago, great little car). I was just after some info on the M3 (soon to be late of this parish :( ) and the M4.

Anyhoo I have been manually added to the Cutter's fold now :)

New car? There seems to be some good deals on the M2.

M2 was top of my list, but there is a CS about to replace the current model and I think it will end up around the same price as the M3 once discounts are taken into account. Currently I'm a few months away from being able to stump up the deposit, but after that.... who knows :) I was keeping an eye on the C43 which sounds great for a V6 (much better than the M3 infact) but it's only had a mild power boost and is a pretty heavy thing. There will be the new A45 next year with a crazy 200+bhp/litre engine but it's an inline 4. Oh and there is the new Mustang coming out, which at long last sounds like a Mustang should :)

I might just keep the M-lite for another year though :D It's epic fun on the cold roads at the moment (Michelin Pilot Super Sports are super grippy once warm, but very slidy until then)

I need more money please

Ahhhhh   must be the one's that cut you up----that explains a lot

I think an M3 is already just a bit too much to pay, so that makes the Hellcat  AWSOMMMMMME   err out of my reach. I can think of many reasons why I couldn't have one, but yet....

That noise! and a car that tries to stick you in a hedge every time you go out in it. Who wouldn't want one?

I should really start to save for retirement :D

The guy who bought it might need to buy one of your kidneys off you anyway though, after he climbs a tree in his new hellcat :D

There's probably a good chance he'll run out of fuel before the accident though

I'm a member of cutters and have been for ages!  If you need any assistance in the future - just shout!

I do miss my old M3....

Spent a few hours at a dealer today, chatting about the merit...or rather the costs, of a new M3 verses a pre-reg M4. Both cars on PCP finance, which obviously means a higher rate on the pre-reg. But and it's a big but, I can get pretty much the spec I want in a pre-reg and as long as I am happy to compromise with the colour, White or Grey, I can get one with 16 miles on the clock and £20K off :) works out around £90 a month cheaper over 4 years than the best new deals. So even taking into account several months less warranty and it would be an M4 rather than my (slightly) preferred M3, I am going back tomorrow to continue my haggling. Had an offer of a day out with BMW at a circuit if I take the pre-reg too :)
