VRS245 Electric Mirrors

Featured Replies

Trying to set up my mirrors last night and turned the dial to 'L' to adjust the left one - all was fine.

Then turned the dial to 'R' to adjust the right one and both the left and right mirrors moved at the same time!

I assume that this isn't right, so before i ask the dealer to look at it, does anyone know what could be causing this? I assume there isn't a setting that i have missed that could be causing the issue?

There's an option in the infotainment menu to have synchronous adjustment of mirrors.  You'll just need to untick this option.

Usually under the Mirrors or Mirrors and Lighting options in the Settings menu.

Yes, there is a setting that basically allows both to be set together.

You can untick this in the car>settings>mirrors screen on the infotainment as far as I remember.

Can't remember what it's called, something like synchronise mirrors...

Thanks everyone

Actually this is a good feature.

Set-up first R, then L, and later-on when you move your mirror, it will adjust the other one in quite predictable manner. Really makes sense, don't rush switching it off.

Different driver, or you change your sitting position, it is sufficient to move slightly just your mirror, the passenger one will be moved accordingly and correctly.
