Driver side doors, windows and electric windows not working

Whilst on holiday my battery went flat and also my driver’s side doors would not lock remotely, the electric window controllers on the driver’s door wouldn’t work nor would the mirror adjustment. The window on the driver’s side rear also would not work. The battery has been replaced but the fault persists. I can lock the driver’s door with the key but not the rear door on this side. The windows and doors on the passenger side are all working. I’ve removed the door panel and all connectors look fine - no corrosion. Any ideas?
