So I have a Sony headunit with reverse camera capability via an RCA input and a reverse wire, in my mk1 Fabia.

 

I'd like to wire up a camera for the rear, but I keep reading conflicting info about how to wire it up, specifically using the reverse light for power, or the red ignition wire?

 

Plus can anyone recommend a good camera?
