Soft99 Fusso Coat Dark

Featured Replies

Treated my Octavia to a layer of Soft99 Fusso Coat Dark at the end of March (part of a full detail).

I've washed it several times since then and the water's still sheeting off the paint.  Still sceptical that it'll last 12 months but still looking good after 2 months!

I get about 6-8 months of protection using fusso, nothing will beat it durability wise that is in its price point

I got 2 months before I recoated. But I think it was only just starting to go at that point. So wasn't 100% necessary.

I'm three months in and no sign of it failing so far. It has had a top-up of Megs Ultimate and a regular dose of quik wax though, so that could be why.

Surprised to hear of it starting to fail at only 2 months though @edition82 - how long did you leave it to cure?

10 minutes or so, hard to say. I'll admit it's the first time I applied wax, so my technique may not have been very good.... Still, the wax and its effects are impressive to say the least.

So many factors to consider though, like mileage and even car colour.:notme:
