The German Government has ordered Daimler to recall 238,000 vehicles in Germany.

So across Europe it is a total of 774,000 and 'Daimler say they will recall all of them....

 

So that is MERCEDES. 

C-Class, Vito & GLC models.   Calling Daimler Daimler does not change it from being Mercedes. 

Mind you, FIAT got a load of  worldwide bad press a few weeks ago just because their US subsidiary Chrysler was publicly embarrassed.

 

None of the defective vehicles involved was a FIAT - not really fair reporting I thought.

Re Audi / Porsche / VW Group,  was Matthias Muller 'Tommy' while he was in various positions before taking over as CEO of VW?
