Hi guys iv found a really good deal on front springs for my vrs  tdi but the springs are for the tfsi vrs both are mk2 would they springs be the same or not tried looking online at the catalogs but one place says both same other place says different :( 

 

anyone got a defiant answer ?

Very unlikely to be exactly the same.

They won't be the same.  The diesel springs would be a fraction stronger.

 

Petrol springs would result in a slightly lower stance... maybe that's what you want?

They're different spring rates; DO NOT do it! (defiant enough?  Or even definite enough?  )
