Inconsistent revs?

Hi all.

So today I went to annual technical mandatory exam with my car. Friend works there.
He was inspecting my car and asked if I was tampering with the car. I sad I did some OBDeleven tweaks and software upate for MIB unit. Nothing regarding engine or car power.

He sad he can see on his diagnostic device that, car is acting up. Revs arent consistent. They go up more than neccesery on few ataempts of test. They should be the same with same amount of acelerator pedal presure. Car could be fine and work fine but from expereance he seas that this is not factory results on his diagnostic. That revs should be consistend.

He alos mentioned that power output is puting more power some times to the system probably.

Any expereance on this forum or mehanic or someone to add to this info. Should I worry?

He said that authorized service wont notice this on their diagnostic devices.
