My new 2018 Karoq Edition has the Canton Sound System complete with under-seat amp, subwoofer and the 9.2" Columbus touchscreen.  but I do find the sound harsh especially on songs with a lot of upper high frequencies. There's definitely distortion in such songs that is not on the original files. EQ doesn't have any effect, it's as if something is overloading somewhere, Can anyone offer me advice or a fix please? Canton, Skoda and the dealers don't want to know.

Have you tried contacting the Alzheimers Society?
