P2015 Inlet manifold (again) - Whole replacement still?

Featured Replies

So I had the infamous P2015 Inlet manifold issue when my car was about 5yrs old.

Codes were all checked and in the end I had to have a new inlet manifold. I managed to get some Skoda goodwill as the car had always been back to main dealers for services and the car was less than 5yrs old.

Fast forward 2-3 years and here I am again, the P2015 error has appeared twice in the last fortnight. If it follows the pattern of last time, I can clear it down and eventually it'll appear every time I use the vehicle.

Am I right in assuming that we're looking at a complete replacement still? That I'm going to be around £800+ out of pocket on this? That it's still the exact same part, so it'll probably only last 2-3 years again?

Cheers.
