Subaru do a nice compact city car with loads of 'Simply Clever' features.

Your idea of “compact city car” is certainly too big for us George.

The North American idea of a Mid-sized SUV was what tickled my fancy. But i still like the Simply Clever Features, just i would not want to own one in 10 years time with them.

Why always call them Cup Holders when they are holding bottles and a cup that might get handed from a 'Drive Thru' is not that Simply Clever an idea in some of those holders?

Scooby did do a little compact city car...

The vivio.

A friend in college had one. It was both brilliant and awful :D his wasnt the shmancy one, just bog basic with an overdrive button :) another, quite tall, friend could sit in the back seats and hold onto the rear wheels from the window. It sounded like a wrx imprezza...

And.... they did a saloon version...

I had a Justy AWD Auto that was a bit nicer looking than the top blue Subaru.  Loved it.

Never had a Sumo as no Auto available but been in a few on hills and they were scary,

so got a Jimny auto after the Justy.

Only really Suzuki or Fiat do anything available in the UK now at reasonably low costs with a Swift or Ignis with AWD or a Panda 4x4.

example. a similar one.

Mine was Metallic Green and corroding badly.

Should add, that the vivio was his hearing aid beige daily car..

His dad also had an original John Cooper Works Mini and a mk2 Escort for rallying that they both drove at weekends.

Is that the Outback in the UK ? I quite like that car but at £30k a bit expensive and small discounts to be had.

No an Outback is an Outback in the UK.

Haha. I meant is that the same car as the outback just renamed for the American market or is it bigger?
