I scratched my alloys on a pavement and its done a little bit of damage. Should i be worried that the actual tyre is and may have a blowout? Is the damage even worth repairing?

OK. In the absence of any other comments, I wouldn't be too concerned.  If there's any bulging or damage from a side view then that puts a different slant on things.

 

With winter approaching I'd be inclined to see about refurbing the wheel next Spring or before your return/sell the car as there may be other jobs at that point.
