I have 2015 Octavia VRS Estate it’s the Amundsen entertainment system. My issue is that my Apple iPhone 7 will pair with the Amundsen but then every 45 seconds or so disconnects and then immediately reconnects. I have tried pairing with a friend’s iPhone 6 Plus with the same result however if I try to connect an Android Samsung phone everything works fine.

 

The iPhones are on iOS 11 and 12 respectively.

 

I don’ really want the hassle of getting another phone so if anyone has an idea to sort this please let me know.

That's definitely not normal behaviour - I also have a 2015 Octavia Estate (but an Elegance 1.4TSI) with a MIB1 Amundsen and that pairs perfectly reliably with both my current iPhone 7 Plus and my previous iPhone 6 Plus - that's been OK from iOS 10 right through to iOS 12.1
