Skoda superb AT 2006, 2.5

Hi ,

I own a Skoda superb AT, 2006, 2.5. Recently, facing an issue with auto transmission, unable to shift the gear to parking mode sometimes, and once done, unable to release it from parking mode. The side gear release button seems to be too hard to press while shifting, have attached a photo for a better understanding.

Any masters can help me on the issue and also the component name and it's availability
