Octavia sefety mode after airbag deployment

Hello all,
I am from Austria. I bought an accident Octavia facelift 2017 with deployed airbags. the engine do not start because of some kind of safety mode. I found some info about a sensor which is near the fuel system which stops the fuel flow. Also a kind of switch or something near the battery which disconnects the electrical supply. 
Is there anybody who can give some info about what needs to be done for starting the engine. Which parts do i have to change and is some kind of reprogramming required. My first purpose is to start the engine.
