Fitting new head unit in Fabia vRS...help please

Hi

I am considering fitting my Alpine 9835R head unit in my vRS. When I had it fitted previously in my superb it interfered with the central locking/alarm. I already have the fabia facia adaptor is there anything else I need to buy to fit it in the fabia and to stop the problems with the alarm?
