Octavia MK1 vRS - M18 VRS

Hi all, I do not post here much anymore but still read the forums.

I've been meaning to post this for a while, a garage on my commute between Blandford and Dorchester has a MK1 Octy vRS parked on the side of the workshop. It does not seem to be for sale, but is declared SORN and has no current MOT.

It is s a Red example with reg. M18 VRS, for some reason the registration number rings a bell, I wonder if it is or was a fellow members car. i am guessing a well established member may be needed to comment given that it is a very early example registered in July 2001.
