Columbus Head unit - Firmware and Maps

Hello Everyone,

Very quick question. 

I am visiting from overseas and I am trying to sort something out on my mothers 2010 Skoda Superb.

Her Columbus head unit has seemingly developed the well documented Firmware back to native language issue and now suffers from incredibly limited to the point of zero functionality. 

I have spoken with one of the incredibly helpful gurus on this topic however timings look like I can't make this happen prior to my return overseas due to distances. Is there or are there any people able to do a firmware reinstallation and then maps install that are located in the Midlands? 

Clearly I am expecting to pay however its timings *(given the seasons etc) and my return flights back home that is the issue.
