Connect renewal fees

I have just received an email regarding Connect renewal. They're still useless at getting the correct date/translation, as the email starts off by saying that the Connect services will run out on 13/02/2019 (fair enough), but then it states that my usage period ran out on 13/02/2019 and has therefore been deactivated. No it hasn't, yet.

As above, they are still offering the reduced prices - Remote Access £36 and Infotainment Online £44, but I'm sure they've missed out the decimal point somewhere, as in £3.60 & £4.40, as I'm sure as hell not paying those prices for something that a smart phone will do for free.  

Think I have connected twice in my free period so far in four months. Certainly won't be paying for it at renewal.

I've just had a second reminder about the renewal fees as above. The email gives the two reduced prices and a link to get to the Skoda Portal, yet the only option available is to renew the Infotainment Online part (which I will not be renewing). The other part - Remote Access is greyed out, as that still runs until13/02/2021. Surely Skoda know that the Remote Access has an extended time period, as per the Emergency Call and Proactive Service parts, so why do they make out that I will lose both services if I do not renew them? 

I guess this will be the case for most Skoda owners coming to the end of their first year of ownership.
