Amundsen phone book search - (only finds start of name)

When searching for a name e.g. "Dave", it finds anyone named "Davexxxxxxxxxxx".

 

But does not find people e.g. "Work Dave".

 

Any ideas?

I searched to see if anyone had this problem, and found my own very old post! 😂

 

Anyone help yet?
