AUX Alternative?

Featured Replies

Hi all,

Just bought a Skoda Yeti S. Big fan so far apart from one thing - foolishly I assumed that the car would come with an AUX input port, so you can play music directly from a phone or iPod. I now realise it does not have this - does anyone know of a suitable workaround?

Thanks

It would help if you provided details of the Yeti you own; year of registration, model  and what sound system is fitted in particular.

On my previous 2010 model year SE Yeti, with the Bolero system the Aux input was in the cubby box between the two front seats. On my current 2015 SEL the Aux input is below the Amudsen unit.

Personally I never found I used it. I put anything I wanted on an SD card and used that.

It's a 2014 model S Yeti. Comes with a 'Swing' radio. SD card wouldn't be much use because I mainly use Spotify.

Thanks.
With that unit I don't think there is anything you can add. Looks like you will need to fit a different (better) unit.
