Apple Carplay question - really annoying!

Featured Replies

I'm loving the Apple Carplay feature, especially as it lets me use Waze. What I can't work out though is when I get a whatsapp notification it sits at the top of the screen and there is no way to clear it without pressing the 'home' button on the lower right corner and going back into Waze. Clicking on the notification prompts Siri to ask if I want the message read but there seems to be no way to just clear the notification. Anyone have any ideas? I'm on the Columbus system in a Superb Mk3.

I’m not sure how to get rid of the notification without doing anything, however you can disable it from showing in CarPlay via the notification settings:

Hope that helps.

Cheers,

Nick
