MFSW controls stopped working

Hi all,

I have had had issues with a rotational knocking on the N/S front wheel at low speeds     It has gone back to dealers to fix under warranty. First time they replaced a few things and gave it back. It started again within 2 miles. Going back in soon to have steering rack replaced. 

After they had diagnosed this (yesterday) all of the MFSW controls have stopped working. I have seen a few posts with the right hand wheel working but nothing about complete loss of the controls. 

Any my ideas of a fix?

Going to phone the dealers on Monday to see what they say
