Columbus Bluetooth module

Hi I’m new to the the forum. 

Sorry if this has been covered before but I need clarification before I commit to buying the unit. 

I have a 2011 Octavia with a 3T0035680C Columbus head unit. I would like to buy the module that I can.

bluetooth calling 

and if possible have a USB port

all has to work off of my iPhone 7. There’s a maxidot screen fitted from new. 

If ive done my research correctly am I looking at either the 1K8035730D or the 5K0035730D. Not sure if these are right for my unit. 

Any help would be appreciated
