Tip re Bluetooth issues with Android 9 (Pie)

Featured Replies

Just a heads-up...

My Moto G6 has just been updated to Android 9 (Pie) and, following that, my phone would no longer stay connected to my Infotainment system; when connected to the car, the phone's Bluetooth connection kept stopping and restarting. After a lot of research and trial and error, I discovered the following cure:

1. In the phone's system settings, go to 'Advanced'

2. Select 'Developer Options'

3. Scroll down to Bluetooth AVRCP

4. Change the setting from Bluetooth 1.4 to 1.3
