PFL and FL rear exactly the same dimensions?

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, just a quick one.

The pre facelift and facelift rears are exactly the same am I right? The rear window, and boot lid from a PFL would be a direct fit onto a FL model?

Hatch not estate 👍

Thanks

Looking at the parts diagrams for a 2006 hatch vs a 2009 hatch the main part numbers are the same but the suffix letters are different - which could mean something minor and unimportant - or something like a repositioned mount point, which would be a problem.

2006 hatch boot lid (item 1)

2009 hatch boot lid (item 1)

2006 rear window glass - check item 12 for variant

2009 rear window glass  - check item 12 for variant

Perhaps a call to your friendly Skoda dealer can explain what the different suffices mean ...

Do you think the FL says to the PFL...............................Does my bum look big in this, Lol......

Thank you that is really helpful. They look identical but I will double check with them to see what the minor difference in part number is,
