Airless Tyres

Featured Replies

Looks heavy. Could be more suited to offroaders.

Totally suited to Fork Lifts, Cherry Pickers, Heavy Plant etc as they have been shown on testing for years, and for other vehicles with sidewalls on them,

because mud and snow filling the void just makes them solid tyres like might be on fork lifts etc.

With a side wall to stop them filling up with crap they could be very useful.

And very similar products have been used for a long time on heavy plant.

What will they cost vs the benefits of "less punctures" will be some interesting maths.. they will still need to be replaced once worn to the legal limit..

Just imagine having to clean them for a ‘show-n-tell’ event.
