Excuse me for being a bit thick ....!! ... I ordered my 2009 Fabia Estate with a towbar fitted, apparently its quick release but I've never had cause to use this facility.  The bumper now needs to come off for a respray and I'm trying to work out how to remove the towing eye.  I've got the key which turns in the lock but I can't seem to operate the release lever - see photo - is there a pin (the green thing) that has sheared?  I've soaked the whole thing in WD40 but nothing seems to budge, and I would be grateful for advice on how it actually operates.
