Relays

I am having several electrical problems with my 08 plate Octavia mk11 Lauren Klement 1.9 TDI. Front and rear washers, rear wiper, front heated seats ,rear parking sensors and the auto tilt function on the nearside wingmirror. They have all failed in a very short time. Can anyone show the function of the relays positioned to the right and below the steering wheel. I have already replaced the stalk for the wipers etc and the big black relay under the bonnet and checked the fuses some of which have no power to them although the fuses are ok. Help
