In the box where Jack etc is no where else wet  around boot..2010 yeti

Finally!

Mine leaked in the same place and I think it was coming in under the edges, around the top. 

I gave up, drilled a hole in the bottom and didn't store anything in it.

Never had that problem in my 2010 Yeti.

 

I did once get water in one of the other boxes in the boot, but that was because I'd left a bottle of water in there and the contents had frozen overnight.  The expansion of the ice as it froze caused the bottle to split (and it was a metal Sigg bottle, not the thin plastic retail bottled water kind), so when the temperatures rose during the day and the ice thawed...

I have had plenty of water leaks on the Yeti. Few common sources I have found over the years, mine is nice and dry though.
