fuses are ok, but seems low reading on meter on one side of the fuse.

What do you mean by back fed system?

i put a 12v supply onto connection at lamp holder. headlights lit. also at fusebox if a 12v is applied to lamp side they light. it appears that the volts on the feedside is low. do not know where this comes from. and do not have a wiring diagram

Wow, the BCM is gonna love you punting 12v down a wire.

do not have a diognostic machine. no codes on dash etc

where can i get a free wiring download for the lighting system
