I have a Classic (ie base model) Fabia that I'm working at for the gf. At present it has the 202 stereo and only front speakers.

I'm putting in a Symphony CD head unit and want to put in the rear speakers.

Question: are the main rear speakers those to the sides of the parcel shelf? Does the wiring pre-exist in all Fabias and its just a case of getting the speakers and plugging them in, or is it a re-wire job back through the car? If the wires are pre-installed, where are they left blanked off as on prelim investigation I didnt see a whole pile.

Any help appreciated........

I was browsing the site last night in respect of Fabia ICE and speakers. I am pretty sure I read somewhere that the Classic does not have prewiring for the rear speakers.

You'd be better off (IMHO) with a good quality wire, anyway, rather than that grey stuff you get supplied with speakers.
