Some how I have picked up a stone in my door no idea how it got in there.

 

So as I break or accelerate I can hear it rattle inside the door. Its driving crazy!!!!!!

 

Is it a case of strip the door down to get inside and remove the stone or does someone know a good hack?

Have you seen the stone,

or could it be a screw, rivet, nut or the likes.

Maybe use a borescope if you know someone with one, if metal maybe a magnet can get it out. 

Bit of glass is quite common too
